  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery address and selected shipping method. All shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (within Canada): 3-7 business days
  • Express Shipping (within Canada): 1-3 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors, such as public holidays or courier delays.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada. Please check back as we expand our shipping options in the future.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the link provided or by visiting the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, external factors may cause unexpected delays. If your order is delayed, please contact us at info@pure-bliss.ca, and we will work with our courier partners to resolve any issues.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize there is an error, contact us immediately at info@pure-bliss.ca. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Damaged Packages: Please notify us immediately upon receiving the item and include photos of the damaged package. We will assess and replace the item if necessary.
  • Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at info@pure-bliss.ca. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue.
