Return and Refund Policy

At PureBliss, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing high-quality freeze-dried products and ensuring your experience with us is smooth and transparent.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund, please ensure:

  • The product is unopened and in its original condition (unless it’s defective).
  • The return request is made within 30 days of purchase.
  • You have proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed items (unless they are defective or incorrect).
  • Items purchased as part of a promotional offer (unless defective).

3. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact us at info@pure-bliss.ca with your order number, product details, and the reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceed.
  3. In cases where the item needs to be returned, we will provide a return shipping label or further instructions. Please ensure the product is securely packed.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.

4. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product due to it being defective or damaged, please contact us at info@pure-bliss.ca. We will arrange for a replacement if your request is approved.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: For items that are defective or sent in error, Pure Bliss  will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Non-Defective Items: In cases where returns are accepted for reasons other than defect or error, you may be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
